While we're building your forecast, the model trains on your existing network's revenue alongside census, demographics, traffic, and supply data. It iterates across tens of thousands of feature combinations to find which drivers actually explain how each of your sites performs. Once it can predict your current network's turnover to within 10–15%, it scores every candidate new site against the same drivers. We don't shortcut the 48-hour window because the predictions only become useful once that fit is tight enough. For a walk-through, book a demo.

Cannibalisation measures how much of a store's drive-time trade area is shared with nearby stores — the demand two locations compete for. In the map's SiteGaps AI panel, open Cannibalisation, pick the nearby stores you want to test, then run the analysis. We build a drive-time trade area for each store and report the share of the subject's catchment population that overlaps with them, using the Esri demand-apportionment method.
